CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Travel: Regional to start, with possibility to work remote in near future.
 

Position Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our rapidly growing, cold beer lovin’ company! You will provide online customer support via online portal and telephone, as well as overseeing multiple remote-staff members, and closely assisting our CEO/Co-Founder with various projects as needed.

We aim to make logistics effortless, fair, and efficient through the use of market-leading technology. Although you'll have access to an office, the majority of the work will be done remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support to our new and current customers

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, etc.

  • Troubleshoot problems that arise during transit

  • Adhere and enforce all operational procedures and policies

  • Work with senior management on strategic and tactical decisions affecting the company at large

 

Qualifications

  • Must be flexible - we are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected

  • Must possess strong interpersonal and time management skills

  • Oversee and operate online support system, as well as some customer calls (calls are really rare)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred

  • Exceptional ability to identify and solve problems

  • Fast learner and dynamic thinker

  • Intellectual curiosity is a must

  • High level of technical aptitude

  • Strong internal and external communication skills including verbal, written, presentation, and active listening

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience)
